Born in Verrettes, Haiti, and raised in Delray Beach, Florida, he starred at Lynn University, earning 2008 Sunshine State Player of the Year honors and later induction into the Lynn University Hall of Fame (2016). He was selected 12th overall in the 2009 MLS SuperDraft by Real Salt Lake, where he became a 2009 MLS Cup Champion and earned Real Salt Lake Humanitarian Player of the Year honors. Since 2022, Alexandre has served as a Haiti Youth National Team Scout, organizing free ID camps that evaluate top Haitian talent from the U.S. and abroad. These camps bring together the Haitian community while creating real pathways for players to access national team opportunities. Off the field, he founded the Jean-Marc Alexandre Football Academy in 2007 and has led multiple community initiatives, including equipment and shoe drives in partnership with professional clubs.

Through this work, he has developed strong experience in program leadership, organization, and community impact. A man of faith, Alexandre is a Christian, and his values are deeply rooted in service, humility, and purpose—guiding his work on and off the field. Today, he continues to mentor and develop players, using the game as a platform to help the next generation reach their full potential—both on and off the field.
