L’union Fait La Force Training Center (LFLF TC) is designed to identify, evaluate, and connect talented players to real opportunities at the next level. Our process is simple, intentional, and built to create access.

Why L’union Fait la force Training Center

  • Players begin by completing the online registration form when it opens.

This allows our staff to review basic information, including age group, playing experience, and background. Registration is currently open only to boys in eligible age groups.

Spots are limited to ensure a focused and competitive environment.

  • All registered players are invited to participate in the initial camp sessions.

During these sessions, players are evaluated by experienced coaches, Haitian National Team scouts, and invited college recruiters. Each session is structured to assess technical ability, decision making, athleticism, and overall game presence.

This is where players are seen.

  • Following the initial sessions, a select group of players will be identified and invited to continue.

This phase is more competitive and allows staff to take a closer look at players who demonstrate strong potential. Training becomes more targeted, and evaluation becomes more detailed.

Selections are based on performance, consistency, and coachability.

  • Identified players gain direct exposure to scouts and college programs.

LFLF serves as a bridge between talent and opportunity. Whether the next step is a collegiate pathway or national team consideration, our goal is to make the right connections and create visibility for each player.

  • Our commitment does not end when camp is over.

LFLF continues to track, support, and stay connected with players as they progress. Future opportunities, camps, and potential pathways remain open to those within our network.

  • LFLF TC is for players who are serious about their development and ready to compete in a high-level environment.

We welcome players from across the Haitian diaspora as well as those with eligibility to represent Haiti. If you are looking for exposure, structure, and a pathway forward, this is for you.

  • This is not a recreational camp.

LFLF is led by former Haitian National Team players who understand what it takes to compete at the highest levels. Every session is intentional, and every evaluation matters.

We are building something that prioritizes access, visibility, and long-term opportunity.

Make an Impact Today

LFLF Training Center is currently in the process of formalizing its nonprofit status. At this time, donations are not tax-deductible. We have launched this GoFundMe to support the immediate needs of our players and programming.

Why Give?

Keep Access Open

LFLF is committed to keeping this camp free for players.

Many of the athletes we serve would not otherwise have access to this level of training, exposure, and evaluation. Removing the financial barrier is intentional and necessary.

Your support helps make that possible.

Cover the Real Costs

While players attend at no cost, the camp is not free to operate.

We invest in field rentals, training equipment, uniforms, water, staffing, and overall player experience. Every detail matters in creating an environment that reflects the level we are preparing players for.

Donations directly support these essentials.

This camp is built to open doors.

Players are seen by Haitian National Team scouts and college programs, creating real pathways forward. Your support helps ensure that talent is not overlooked due to a lack of access or resources.

Create Opportunity

LFLF is not a one-time event.

We are building a long-term pipeline that identifies, develops, and connects Haitian players across the diaspora. Each year builds on the last, creating more structure, more visibility, and more opportunity.

Your support helps sustain and grow that vision.
