L’union Fait La Force Training Center was founded by former Haitian National Team players Jean-Marc Alexandre and Bitielo Jean Jacques, individuals who understand firsthand the challenges and opportunities within the game.
United by a shared passion for mentoring the next generation, they came together with a clear vision to increase visibility, access, and opportunity for young Haitian players who are serious about competing at the collegiate and professional levels. Their mission is rooted not only in development but in connection, bringing together players who share ambition, discipline, and a commitment to growth.

Our coaching staff is composed of former professional players, national team athletes, and experienced collegiate competitors. Each coach brings a high level of playing experience and insight to support athlete development at every stage.

Stéphane Guillaume is a former Haitian international footballer born on February 9, 1984, in Saint-Marc, Haiti. A strong and versatile defender, he proudly represented Haiti at every youth level: U-15, U-17, U-20, U-23 and the senior national. Guillaume, was part of the historic squad that won the 2007 Caribbean Nations Cup and competed in the 2007 CONCACAF Gold Cup.
Guillaume began his professional career in Haiti with Aigle Noir AC and also played for Don Bosco FC in the Haitian Division 1 league. In 2005, he signed with Colorado Rapids of MLS before continuing his career in the United States with Miami FC, where he became part of the club’s inaugural era. He later played for Cleveland City Stars and Fort Lauderdale Strikers, bringing leadership and international experience to every team he represented.
Known for his pride, discipline, and patriotic spirit, Stéphane Guillaume remains respected among Haitian football supporters for representing the Haitian flag with honor both nationally and internationally.
Following his playing career, Guillaume transitioned into coaching and has now spent more than 15 years developing young players and mentoring future talent. His coaching experience includes working with Stephane Guillaume Academy, Boynton Knights, FC Barcelona Academy Florida, and Paris Saint-Germain Academy Florida, Magic Soccer FC, where he has continued to share his passion, experience, and knowledge of the game with the next generation.

Nahomie Ambroise is an international footballer from Haiti recognized for her dedication, discipline, and leadership on and off the field.

presence on the field through her tactical intelligence, composure, and connection with other players. Nahomie takes great pride in representing her country while continuing to develop as an athlete and leader within the football community.
Throughout her football career, Nahomie has shown tremendous resilience and professionalism. Along with being passionate about the sport, she has competed internationally and has experienced life-changing opportunities that have shaped her vision of future success in football.Participating in international
competitions and the World Cup have provided her with valuable experiences that have built her understanding of competing at high levels and working in teams as well as the mental resources,needed to compete at an elite level.
To prepare for life after playing football, Nahomie is working toward becoming a professional coach and specialized goalkeeper coach. Her goal is to develop current coaching knowledge for the development of technical goalkeeping, tactical understanding, leadership, and encouraging a player's confidence. Nahomie is also looking to serve as a mentor to developing players by helping them achieve their fullest potential on and off the football pitch.
